Lecy is originally from Curaçao and Sulawesi but is based in Rotterdam. She is a Women2Women 2016 alumna and often came back as a staff member. Right after, Lecy started working as an international keynote speaker for a strategic foresight company, advising corporate leaders about the workforce of the future also known as Gen Z. Together with two friends, they just founded their own Gen Z consultancy business and platform @rhiza.global. Lecy recently finished her bachelors in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology. Lecy is passionate about documentary filmmaking, analog photography and music. The global sisterhood that women2women provides is very dear to her, which is why she keeps coming back.
Alex is a W2W alumna from 2015 and head of external affairs for the W2W Alumnae program. She has been back as a member of the summer staff every conference since she participated and her summer wouldn't be complete without Women2Women! She is originally from Belgium but is currently living in Berlin. Alex has a master’s in communication management and is currently work for Zalando as a partner education and enablement manager. You can ask her anything about working in the fashion and music industry, and can do so in English, Dutch or Polish! Her number one Women2Women tip is, go out of your comfort zone. You'll meet women from all over the world and get the opportunity to talk to a lot of incredible people that you normally wouldn't encounter. Don't stick to people that look like you, speak your language and like the same things as you, instead grab the opportunity to seek out connections that go beyond that.
Greta is a Women2Women 2015 Alumna and is now the President of the W2W Alumnae program. She has participated as an intern and worked directly with Empower Peace in organizing the conference, coordinating with speakers, finalizing vendors, managing the interns, and more from 2016-2018. Greta graduated with her doctorate in pharmacy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. She is working part-time as a Pharmacist Intern and writer. Innovation is her passion, especially when it comes to entrepreneurship, science, and art. She is hoping to pursue a career in pharmacy while also fostering her creative initiatives.
Ana is from Portugal and is a W2W Alumna class of ‘17. As a Junior Consultant at Beta-i, she thrives on fostering collaborative innovation to drive impactful change. With a background in International and European Law from NOVA School of Law, Ana blends legal expertise with a passion for social impact and innovation. She is particularly proud of her role as President at Women2Women Portugal, where she spearheaded the first international leadership program for girls aged 16-21 in Portugal, empowering young women to become future leaders, in 2019. Her career journey also includes leading volunteer campaigns at Arora Akanksha UN Secretary General run in 2021, and serving as a Youth Delegate at UNITE 2030. Additionally, Ana has contributed to European Parliament’s youth initiatives and was actively involved with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts for over 15 years.
