“W2W has changed my perspective on life. I have goals that seek to help and empower other women as the way the program empowered me and gave me the push I needed to deal with my biggest enemy: imposter syndrome. I want to make that change too.”

Women are a powerful force in driving economic growth, strengthening communities, and securing a brighter future for their nations. Across the world, women are stepping up as leaders in business, politics, and civil society—helping to build stronger families, thriving economies, and freer societies. When women succeed, nations prosper.
As a W2W delegate, you’ll engage with top leaders tackling today’s most pressing global challenges. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to lead, influence, and shape the future. Most importantly, you’ll become part of a strong, global network of determined women who are ready to step up, take action, and make an impact. Now is the time to claim your seat at the table and lead with confidence.
Young women, between the ages of 15-19 (as of July 1 of the program year) from the United States and around the world are welcome to apply. The program will be conducted entirely in English; therefore, participants must have an ability to speak and understand English.
